Requests sent straight to you.
From Application to Your First Request
A simple process, with no long contracts to read before you've seen how it works.
Apply
Tell us your company name, the services you offer and the Texas cities or ZIP codes you serve. It takes a few minutes.
We Review and Confirm
We check your details and confirm the service area and the pricing for the requests we can send you.
Receive Requests
When a homeowner in your area asks for a quote, we email you their details and what they need.
Contact and Quote
You call the homeowner, give your quote and agree the job directly. You pay only for the requests you receive.
Reach Homeowners Who Are Ready to Ask
Every request on our site comes from a homeowner who filled in a form and asked for a quote.
Homeowners Who Asked
Each request comes from someone who chose to ask for a quote, not from a cold list. They are expecting to hear from a company.
Requests From Your Area
We match requests to the cities and ZIP codes you serve, so you aren't sent jobs that are too far away.
Useful Details Up Front
You receive the homeowner's name, phone, email, ZIP code and their own description of the problem, so you know what to expect on the call.
Pay Per Request
You pay for the requests you receive, with no need to run ads, build a website or manage search rankings yourself.
Fast Delivery
Requests are emailed to you as they come in, so you can call the homeowner quickly, while they are still looking for help.
You Stay in Control
You set your own quote and price and decide which jobs to take. We don't interfere in your work or your customer relationships.

Questions From Contractors
Straight answers about how receiving requests from Texas Local Finder works.
What exactly am I buying?
You receive the details of a homeowner who asked for a free quote on our website: their name, phone, email, ZIP code, the service they need and their own description of the problem. You then contact them yourself. We don't guarantee that the homeowner will hire you.
Are the requests exclusive to me?
It depends on the agreement we make with you for your area. Unless we confirm exclusivity in writing, please assume a request may also be sent to another company. Ask us about this when you apply.
How much does it cost?
You pay a set price for each request you receive. We agree the price with you before you start, and there is no charge to homeowners. Apply and we'll confirm the price for your area and service.
Can I try it before I commit?
Ask us when you apply. We may be able to start with a small number of requests so you can see the quality for yourself, and we confirm any trial in writing. There is no long contract to read before you've seen how it works.
How and when do I get the requests?
Requests are emailed to the address you give us. The email includes everything the homeowner submitted. We recommend contacting them quickly, because homeowners are often speaking to more than one company.
What if a request has wrong details?
Tell us within the reporting time we agree with you if a request is clearly false, a duplicate, or outside your agreed area. We review it and, where it qualifies, we handle it as agreed in your terms. A homeowner who doesn't answer, picks another company or doesn't hire you isn't covered.
What are the rules for contacting homeowners?
Contact every request you receive, say who you are and why you are calling, and stop calling or texting anyone who asks you to. You are responsible for following the law on calls, texts and consumer protection, including any licensing for your trade. See our Privacy Policy for how homeowners are told their details will be shared.
How do I get started?
Fill in our short application with your company details, services and the Texas cities or ZIP codes you serve. We review each application and, if it's a good fit, confirm your area, price and terms before we send any requests.
